Saracens Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase* and wish to have an item (s) refunded, the goods must be returned to us in a new and unused condition. You must include the receipt as proof of purchase, and we must receive the goods back within 28 days of purchase. Please clearly state the reason for return. The refund will be processed by the original method of payment. Please enclose a contact telephone number as we may have to contact you for credit card information. We do not hold any payment information on our databases.

*Note DPP product (printed on demand) is not valid for refunds or exchanges unless the product is faulty.

If an item is faulty, we will of course refund/replace the item. Please contact the Mail Order department to register the faulty item. You will then be asked to return the item for inspection/testing. Please enclose a covering letter stating the fault. You will also need to enclose your proof of purchase.

We cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to obtain a proof of posting certificate and ensure that you have obtained adequate postal insurance using Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery for expensive items.

Our return process is simple. You can return your merchandise up to 28 days from the date of dispatch of your package. Returns must be in original condition, unworn / unused and with original tags and labels. It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed. All return charges are the customers liability.

We are unable to refund personalised items, for example personalised replica jerseys. We need to be able to re-sell the item once returned. We are unable to refund DVDs if the seal is broken and cannot refund jewellery such as earrings, body bars or underwear for hygiene reasons.

If we find that the items have not been returned to us in a new and unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Saracens Replacement Policy

If you are not totally happy with your purchase Saracens will be happy to exchange the item if we receive the goods back in a new and unused condition. The goods need to be returned in the original packaging and returned to us within 28 days.

Please return to us with the proof of purchase and a covering letter advising reason for return and the item you would like to exchange for. Please enclose a contact telephone number as we may have to contact you for payment information if the item is more expensive or we have to process a refund. We will also have to contact you for payment of the return postage.

If we do not have the item in stock that you require an operator will contact you to select an alternative item or we will process a refund.

If we find that the items have not been returned to us in a new and unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
